All orders within the U.S. $50 and up ship for free. Orders under $50 are charged $6.95 for first class rate.

Our processing times may differ depending on the time of year. On average for small orders you should expect a 10-14 day turnaround. For larger or personalized orders additional time may be required. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Once the order is in the shipping companies hands, I cannot guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you.

While we carefully pack each order with tender loving care, occasionally damage happens during shipment. Please contact us so that we can remedy the issue. Please include a photo and description of the damage.

Please do not use any kind of cleaner, especially rubbing alcohol, on your acrylic sign. You may wipe off fingerprints with a clean microfiber towel. You can use canned air to get rid of any dust.

Your sign will arrive in a resealable plastic poly bag. Please keep your sign in this bag until your event. This will prevent any scratching, fingerprints, and dust from accumulating. If you must remove sign from bag, please place sign back in during travel. Keep signs wrapped individually as certain temperatures can sometimes allow them to stick together.
